90 Minutes Away From Wembley

Sheffield United and Stevenage battled out a 0-0 draw last night with the Blades purposely fielding sole attacker Chris Porter with a solid five-man midfield - and we are sure that a two prong attack will prevail in the second leg at Bramall Lane on Monday night.

Blades boss Danny Wilson believes that they can exploit home advantage in the second leg in their League One semi-final against the Boro in a packed Bramall Lane.

Wilson said: “We’ve got a great opportunity, we’re at our place and we want to force that home if we can. I’m sure our fans will be rocking by the time kick-off comes around and we’ve all seen how that can help in the past. But it’s still finely balanced and we know we can’t take anything for granted.”

United’s captain Michael Doyle said: “It was a great performance by the lads. We dug deep. We’d had two tough games against them this season and they threw everything at us.

The Terriers claimed a 2-0 win at Stadium:MK in today's 12:30pm kick-off and look set to book a place at Wembley in their second leg at the Galpharm Stadium on Tuesday night.
