Last season the Red and White Wizards were at home in every round and reached the semi-final, only to lose to FA Barclaycard Premiership giants Liverpool.
"We are there to be shot at," Asaba told the club's official website. "After our successes in the cups last season Macclesfield will be looking forward to playing what they will regard as a big scalp.
"And it's a tough away game. I've played at Moss Rose before for Brentford and it was an experience."
