As title sponsor of the Barclays Premiership, we're looking for dedicated and passionate supporters to be considered for the Barclays Fan of the Month Award. We want to hear from fans who‘ve been to more games, travelled more miles and shown extraordinary dedication to their Barclays Premiership club.
If you know someone that has an interesting story to tell and deserves to be recognised for their commitment to your club, then get in touch. You can nominate yourself for the Award, it doesn't matter, as long as you have a great story to tell we want to hear from you.
The competition is being held in conjunction with BBC Radio Five Live. Three nominations will be put to the vote every month at www.bbc.co.uk/606 - winners will be announced live on the ‘606' Show.
Winners also receive £250 to spend in their club shop, a special Barclays Award, a presentation photo and entry into the Fan of the Season Award. The Barclays Fan of the Season Award winner will receive £500 to spend in their club shop.
