Morcambe beat fellow Lancashire rivals Preston North End 2-1 at Deepdale before the League Two side shipped three goals past Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux to one reply.
It now has to be third time lucky for a Championship side to beat the plucky Shrimps who won promotion to the Football League last season via the Play-Offs.
The match has been drawn at Bramall Lane and will be played week commencing Monday, 24 September. It isn't known when the game will take place due to our City rivals Sheffield Wednesday also been handed a home tie against Everton.
