The Blades will host Worcester, who beat Coventry City in last season’s competition for the second time in the two clubs history - our only previous FA Cup tie was in 1959 when United won 2-0 away from home.
Sheffield United were given ball number #39 with the draw taking place at Thackley Juniors FC in West Yorkshire. Shown live on BBC2 and presented by Mark Chapman the Blades were drawn out by Thackley secretary Lee Roberton whilst former Blade Stuart McCall took responsibility of the away teams.
The ties are expected to take place over the weekend of 7th & 8th November. Our neighbours Sheffield Wednesday are away from the 'Stadio de Rust' so our home fixture with Worcester will not be affected.
