The 25-year-old Irishman has been one of the Blades' most consistent performers during a disappointing relegation season, with his high-energy displays a driving influence on a struggling team.
Quinn, who has spent the last eight years at Bramall Lane, has made a total of 37 appearances for United this season, scoring one goal. He made his debut as a 19-year-old in the Carling Cup at Shrewsbury in September 2005.
