Shane, who is the son of former England International Midfielder Ricky Hill who also applied his trade with Luton Town in the 1980's.
Aged 18 Shane has joined the Blades Academy after being recommended by his father, it is hoped that the young man will become an England Youth International before making the grade like Michael Tonge and Phil Jagielka have done in recent years.
