Blades striker set for possible recall

The Republic Of Ireland International has featured in all of United's games so far this season in the stretch of his loan deal, but is yet to score. He has proved he's got talent and the Sunderland Gaffer may have noticed something in order to recall the Irishman.

Keane said: "I might do it in the next 24 hours (the recall) - and Stokes after Saturday. I have got to make these decisions.

"Again, that could change when we get more feedback on the lads in the treatment room."

The quotes from the Sunderland manager indicate that a few of his front men are currently sidelined which may or may not lead to Stokes travelling back up north to the Premier League outfit.
