As stated in a previous article, United will spend a week on the Mediterranean island with the players participating in training sessions and charity events.
It has now been confirmed that the Maltese U21 national team will be paying a visit to Sheffield for two weeks later on this year. They will cross Europe to conduct their pre-season and will train on the Shirecliffe training pitches at the Academy in August.
