Dele Adebola Celbraters Scoring Against Blades Last Season In The 2-2 Draw.
The Blades come into the game having beaten Norwich City 1-0 at Bramall Lane thanks to a stunning and unexpected goal from skipper Robert Page.

Michael Brown made his 2003/04 season debut for the Blades in that 1-0 victory over the Canaries and it is highly likely that he will return to face Palace at Selhurst Park.

Former Eagle and Blades striker Steve Kabba and Ashley Ward are still out though injury and are most likely to miss out on this encounter.

Top of the league Palace came out worthy winners last Saturday as they beat Wimbledon 3-1 in the Selhurst Park Derby, Wimbledon (the home side) scored first as Reo-Coker scored on 34th minute. After the break Palace dominated as Butterfield, Freedman and Hughes scored for the Eagles.

Wayne Routledge and former Sheffield United midfielder Shaun Derry will be out for this game as both are serving the second of three games suspension after seeing red cards in their win over Burnley on day one.

New signing from Wimbledon Michael Hughes and experienced defender Hayden Mullins are favourites to once again replace Routledge and Derry.

Last seasons clash at Selhurst Park turned out to be a stalemate, although we did see some goals. Dele Adebola gave home side to cheer about when he put them 1-0 up, Australian defender Tony Popovic then equalised with an own goal after Wayne Allison provided the cross.

On 28th minute loan signing from Noel Whelen put the Eagles ahead once more but the Selhurst faithful had to wait till 87th minute until Blades blasted in the leveller, which came from Steve Kabba.
