The Blades have signed Scotland Under-21 international Scougall on a three and a half year deal for an undisclosed fee whilst Brayford, who previously played under Nigel Clough at Derby County is on loan until the end of the season.
Both could play in Sunday's FA Cup clash with Fulham but is reliant on both the Scottish FA and Welsh FA completing the correct paperwork in time.
