Sheffield United face Chesterfield at Bramall Lane on the final day of the regular League One season (Sunday, 3 May - 12.15PM K/O) in a crunch match that will decide which side finishes 5th in the league and will face 4th place Swindon Town.

A win (or draw) for the Blades will secure fifth place - a position which they have held since beating Bristol City 3-1 on 14 February. However a defeat will mean the S2 club finish 6th and be forced to face either MK Dons or Preston North End who they themselves are battling for automatic promotion.

Blades boss Nigel Clough told sufc.co.uk; "Ideally we would have wanted to wrap fifth place up and know we are playing Swindon. There isn't much in it come the play-offs but the league table suggests that whoever comes third, be it Preston or MK Dons, are a better team than the other three. So our aim is coming as high as possible and that means we need another positive result against Chesterfield."
