Coady, 21 who recently scored back to back goals in victories over Nottingham Forest (3-1) and Gillingham (1-0) joined Sheffield United on loan from the Anfield club last July and made his debut in the 2-1 home win over Nott's County and as to date made 32 appearances and scored 4 goals.
It comes as welcome news that United will retain the midfielder until the end of this season at least.
