Colin Calderwood and his merry men will travel to Bramall Lane on Saturday, 4th August 2007 (kick-off: 3:00pm) to face Sheffield United.
Forest finished fourth during their League One campaign last season and missed out on promotion to the Championship when they lost 5-4 on aggregate after leading the first leg of the Play-Offs against Yeovil Town.
The City Ground club will travel to Bramall Lane without former Blades duo Jsack Lester and John Curtis; both have been released.
