Gillespie departs

The Northern Ireland international hasn't featured at all this season although he hasn't been given a good run in the side since the arrival of Kevin Blackwell. The club have decided to terminate his contract by mutal consent.

One of Gillespie's highlights in his tenure at the Lane was the opening goal against Manchester United in the Premiership season. The club wish him all the best for the future.
