Last weekend was FA Cup Day and United set up an away tie with Nottingham Forest with a 1-0 win away at Cardiff City, Wayne Allison heading home the winner.

Dean Sturridge, who picked up an injury on his debut against Cardiff is doubtful while fellow striker Ashley Ward serves a one match suspension, it is expected Allison or Paul Peschisolido will partner Jack Lester upfront.

Defender Alan Wright has a niggling calf injury and is touch and go if he will make it to the Gillingham clash, should he not then Robert Kozluk are Mike Whitlow could take his place.

Possible Line-Up: Kenny, Jagielka, Page, Morgan, Wright, Ndlovu, McCall, Montgomery, Tonge, Allison, Lester.

Gillingham booked their place into round four with a 3-2 victory over

Charlton Athletic, Paul Shaw and Tommy Johnson scored a goal each to send the Addicks out.

Player-Manager Andy Hessenthaler will make a late decision on whether to pick himself or not, he is suffering with a calf strain.

Despite Bertrand Bossu's heroics in the Cup game it is expected on loan keeper Nico Vasen will amke his return between the sticks. The former Huddersfield shot stopper is on loan from Birmingham and was not allowed to play in FA Cup.

Possible Line-Up: Bossu, Cox, Hills, Southall, Hope, Nosworthy, Shaw, Smith, Spiller, Johnson, Sidibe.
