Scotland manager Berti Vogts is under pressure to find a squad that is good enough to qualify for 2006 World Cup in Germany.

Gray has so far made two substitute appearances for the Tartan Army. His international cap coming in a 1-0 defeat at Lithuania on 2 April last year while his second came at Tanerdice (Dundee United) in a 1-1 draw with New Zealand on 27 May.

Warnock Said; " Andy is nowhere near fit enough yet. They never are when they come here - but I soon change that. He could do a good job for Scotland certainly.
