Iffy Transfer

Blades boss Neil Warnock has been told by the board that he has to cut down the cut £3,500,000 a year wage by cutting £104,000 from the 3.5 million.

The good news is that Kevin McCabe and the rest of the Bramall Lane faithful has said that star players such as Michael Brown, Phil Jagielka and Michael Tonge will all remain Blades players next season. Though we believe that if someone comes up with 3 million for Brown he will be leaving.

Adding to that is a rumour that is spreading throughout the Internet as you read this. Apparently new Huddersfield Town boss Peter Jackson is set to bring Iffy Onoura back to Alfred McAlpine Stadium.

The former Mansfield Town and Swindon Town striker was bought from Gillingham for £100,000 last summer after Cal Asaba sold the club to him. However just 8 games and 1 goal into the season he tore his Achilles which set him out all season but whichever club he is at in August he should be fit to play.
