The 22 year old striker is hot property in Division Two but it has emerged that the Blades, Reading and Sunderland are interested in Parkin's signature.
"I haven't had a confirmed offer from Sunderland Football Club for Sam Parkin. That's all there is to it," King told skysports.com.
"They haven't made an approach, no.
"Parkin has signed a new deal with us from this season until the summer of 2006."
