United go into the game having claimed a 3-1 win at Gillingham. Paul Shaw bagged a brace against his old club whilst Michael Tonge added to the win. Leigh Bromby headed into his own goal and Chris Morgan was sent off.

United will be without star man Andy Gray who serves the last of his three match suspension, it is expected that former Forest striker Jack Lester will form a three man attack with the in form Paul Shaw and Danny Cadamarteri.

Blades skipper Chris Morgan is also suspended after receiving a second yellow in the game at Gillingham, it meas that new signing Emanuele Grabieli could be handed his full debut. However Neil Warnock believes that the Italian is not ready yet and is current scouting for a replacement.

The rumour is that he will sign ex-Blade Gus Unhlenbeek who is currently unemployed as far as we are aware, but no matter who he brings in, he will have until 5pm tonight in which to do so.

Meanwhile full-back Alan Wright is out with a stomach complaint and Tommy Black returned to Crystal Palace at the weekend. Simon Francis, Rob Kozluk and Steve Kabba are still out injured.

Predicted line-Up: Paddy Kenny, Leigh Bromby, Phil Jagielka, Emenuele Grabieli, Jon Harley, Alan Quinn, Michael Tonge, Andy Liddell, Jack Lester, Danny Cadamarteri, Paul Shaw.

Forest go into this game having claimed a 1-0 victory to Wolverhampton Wanderers at the City Ground, Andy Reid, the scorer in that game was later sent off and will sit out this game.

With the Republic of Ireland International absent Kris Commons could start in his place whilst former Blade Gareth Taylor is back after successful surgery. Michael Dawson also returns to the squad.

Predicted line-Up: Paul Gerrard, Alan Rogers, Wes Morgan, Mathieu Louis-Jean, Andy Impey, Jon Olev Hjelde, Kris Commons, Paul Evans, David Johnson, Marlon King, Eion Jess.
