The Blades plan to bounce back from a string of defeats, including a 2-1 turnover by Newcastle United with Christian Nadé netting for the Bramall Lane club.

Sheffield United will see a last minute medical decision on skipper Pahil Jagielka (groin), but is expected to feature whilst strikers Christian Nadé (ankle) and Danny Webber (foot) are doubtful.

West Ham United will be rejuvenated by an historic 1-0 victory at the Emirates Stadium last Saturday, Bobby Zamora's strike saw the Hammers become the first visiting team to win at the new Arsenal stadium.

The goal hero, Zamora (knee) has picked up a slight injury which has kept training to a minimum, despite this the former Tottenham striker is expect to play.

Meanwhile Calum Davenport (foot) returns from injury to bolster Alan Curbishley's defensive concerns.
