McCall one step closer to hanging up the boots

Last updated : 13 October 2004 By Gizmo233

McCall has been saying for some time now that he intends on hanging his boots up, Last season we all where happy to see that he was still playing and we all where happy to see that he dint call it a day at the end of last season.

Hes done us proud and now hes took the job over from D.Kelly Im sure he will carry on doing us even more Proud with the training of the players and the up and coming players for the blades.

Hes already been putting his idears across to Warnock and with been up looking at the training since McCall took over you can see a new lease of life in the players.
McCall has stated that he soon intends on backing out of the 1st team and just covering in the reserves only ! and with a few of the lads coming back off INJ he intends on backing out, but will stay as fit as he can just on the incase.

He says the lads are doing real well with the new Idears Ive tried out with them and we hope to see some improvement with our way of play, where doing more training that includes more running and more tatic moves, this will help the likes of Forte and the younger lads to blend in more with the team.

McCall is not just covering for the loss of Kelly hes been given the Job in full and is really getting stuck into it HEAD ON.
Warnock now nips up to the training and lets McCall get on with his way of training, Just like he did with Blackwell.

Good luck to McCall and lets hope he can get the best out of the lads once more.
