Monday 11th May 2009 - Sheffield United vs Preston North End - 7:45pm kick-off.
Tuesday 12th May 2009 - Reading vs Burnley- 7:45pm kick-off.
Final:
Monday 25th May 2009 - Preston North End/Sheffield United vs Burnley/Reading - Wembley, 3:00pm kick-off.
