QPR date confirmed

Sheffield United's FA Cup Third Round clash with Queens Park Rangers will be played on Sunday 3rd January 2010 due to a request from South Yorkshire Police...

the_fa_cup_trophyOur neighbours, Sheffield Wednesday, were drawn at home to Neil Warnock's Crystal Palace on Sunday afternoon. South Yorkshire Police are not willing for both United's and Wednesday's FA Cup ties to be played on the same day, therefore the Blades' game with QPR will now go ahead on Sunday 3rd January 2010 instead on Saturday the 2nd.

Kick-off remains 3:00pm.
