Owing to contracts ended the Blades have decided not to re-new the deals of Jean-Francios, who joined united two years ago in a free transfer from Swindon Town – sadly his time at Bramall Lane has been hampered with injury and didn’t play a single match last season.

Harriott came through the youth ranks and looked promising, he made his debut in an FA Cup encounter against Aston Villa under the reign of Micky Adams in January 2011, but following loan spells away from the club failed to break into the first team.

Meanwhile, Barry Robson and Dave Kitson, who were both signed this season has seen their contracts end also – though despite talks have both decided to part company with the Blades and have already secured a new club. Robson will return to Scotland and team up with Mark McGee at Aberdeen, whilst Kitson will live his lifelong dream of playing in the MLS.

We would like to wish these entire players al the best in their new adventures away from Bramall Lane.
