Doncaster Rovers and Rotherham United both won automatic promotion from their respective leagues One and Two and although they must compete in the Play-Offs the Blades are eager to return to the Championship. Despite being involved in seven previous play-off matches the United faithful aren’t taking past failures into account and Scottish national Robson won’t dwell on that either.

Robson told sufc.co.uk; "There have been celebrations in the region this week, congratulations to Doncaster and Rotherham, but we want to make sure it is Sheffield United celebrating at Wembley later this month.”Every way is a great way to win promotion, but obviously everyone says it is extra special to do it at Wembley.”

He added further comments, mostly about our opponents Yeovil Town; “Everyone probably says the same about Yeovil, but their front two are very dangerous.”They must have had a good season to have finished fourth after 46 matches; they are certainly there on merit. Yeovil will fancy their chances and like us they will see this as a great opportunity to play at Wembley again."

The Blades face Yeovil tonight in the first of a two legged semi-final tie, tonight’s match at Bramall Lane kicks off at 7:45pm whilst the return leg (at Huish Park) will take place on Monday at 1:30pm – the overall winner over the two games will march onto Wembley and face a grudged match against the winners of Brentford and Swindon Town.
