Health insurance providers Westfield Health, and motor dealership Gilder Group, have come to an agreement with both Sheffield clubs to have their companies emblazoned on their shirts for the 2011/2012 League One campaign.

The Blades will have Westfield Health printed on their home shirts, and Gilders Group on their away. Wednesday will have Gilders Group on their home, and Westfield Health on their away.

Kevin McCabe, the United owner, said: "Sheffield is very proud of its footballing heritage and with this deal the city has added yet another first to the history books. Sheffield United is eagerly anticipating working with two such reputable Sheffield-based companies, who we know well, in the season ahead."

The announcement draws the curtain on speculation regarding a sponsorship extension with the Malta Tourism Authority. VisitMalta.com has been United's home and away shirt sponsor for the past three seasons.

Incidentally, the management staff, players, club officials and fans fly out to the Mediterranean island today (Thursday) as part of Danny Wilson's preparations for the League One campaign which begins on August the 6th.
