Shirt style changed

United fans have pleaded for the shirt to have a striped back and the club have took their thoughts into consideration and will remove the original style of plain red.

Head of Retail, Peter Pridmore said: "Following feedback from fans with regards to the new home shirt, the club have been working with Macron and have now changed the back of the shirt from a red panel to a continuation of the red and white stripes, which many supporters had commented would be their preference."

Of course Italian manufacturer 'Macron' will be the Blades' brand new kit supplier as of next season.
