Both the Posh and the Addicks have agreed a loan deal to take McLeod on loan until the remainder of the 2009/10 season. He could make his London Road debut next weekend when they entertain Derby County.
The striker made just one (+6) appearance for the Blades whilst on loan from Derby County during the course of the 2003/04 season - he has also represented Milton Keynes Dons, Colchester United and Millwall during his career.
