Patrick Suffo: Biggest name in Norway at the momment.
The Cameroon international has agreed a two year deal with the Norwegian Champions. The deal comes after former Wolverhampton Wanderers and Tottenham Hotspur striker Stefan Iverson is not to re-sign a new contract and is looking for a new club.

Norway play their football on a yearly basis (unlike the British), starting their season in April and ending around November.

Suffo was signed by Neil Warnock in the summer of 2000 for a six figure sum (£150,000) from French club Nantes, however he did not make his debut until November having been handed a World Wide ban for spitting at a referee during a Nantes Reserve game.

His debut game in the 1-1 home draw with Fulham, but did not bag his first goal until February when the Blades beat Crystal Palace 1-0 at Bramall Lane.

The following season he failed to find the net much, scoring six goals for club and country, his final game for United came on 16 March 2003 against West Bromwhich Albion.

It was a game that we try to forget but unfortunately will always be remembered for the wrong reasons, the 'Battle of Bramall Lane' which saw Simon Tracey, Georges Santos and Suffo all sent off, and with injuries the game was abandoned with seven players left on the field.

The Baggies at the Baggies were, at the time where 3-0 up with goals from Derek McInnes and a brace from Scott Dobie but referee Keith Wolstenholm finished the game early.
