Ugo sits out season

The veteran who signed a deal at the Lane in the previous January transfer window has made a big impact since he arrived, but he limped off at half time in Boxing Days match versus Wolves.

Ugo underwent an operation on Sunday and the results show that he will be unable to play any more games this season. He joins Gary Speed and Derek Geary on the 'out for the season' injury list at Bramall Lane.

Kevin Blackwell said: "Ugo's Achilles was shredded, which effectively rules him out for the season."
