The Blades put their name into Round 4 with a 1-0 victory at Ipswich Town, whilst fellow Championship side Aston Villa recorded a surprising 2-1 defeat at home to Peterborough United despite the Birmingham side taking the lead.
The Fourth Round ties will take place over the weekend of Saturday, 27th January. United had already been scheduled to face Aston Villa at Bramall Lane that day with the game having been chosen for live SkySports broadcast.
No new date has been announced as of yet but the game will likely take place on a cold Tuesday night.
