Neil Warnock: Wins Manager of the Month for Nomber 2003.
Wins against Crewe Alexandra (2-0), Burnley (1-0) and Preston North End (2-0) at Bramall Lane as well as the 2-2 draw away to Stoke City has landed the Blades 10 points from a possible 15, only the 3-0 loss to Ipswich Town spoiled the month of November.

Warnock, who also extended his Blades contract by two-years said: "It is a lovely present. It is also four years to the day since I took over at Bramall Lane.

"There were some very tricky games in the month and we have also had to put up with a few significant injuries.

"The award is not just for me but for everyone at the club who are all pulling in the same direction.''

Ian Holloway of Queens Park Rangers collected Division 2's award, the Hoops happily beat Sheffield Wednesday 3-0 at the weekend at Loftus Road though we doubt he received the award for such a easy win against a threatening side.

Our congratulations go out to former Blade Keith Curle who won Division Three's monthly award, the Stags were relegated last season but have picked themselves up and are now in the last of three automatic promotion spots behind Oxford United and Doncaster Rovers.
