West Ham to cough up £30m?

United were unfairly relegated from the top-flight two seasons ago. West Ham are set to be hit massively with the fine which is set to be around the £30m mark.

Carlos Tevez who now plays for Manchester United and Javier Mascherano who now plays for Liverpool were brought in illegally by Kia Joorabchian who took the Argentinean's to Upton Park. He was one of the major reasons why the Hammers survived.

He scored plenty of match winning goals and one what stands out is the winner at Old Trafford. But United's board refuses to give in for compensation as the case was turned away a year ago in London.

The departure of Gaffer Alan Curbishley and key players Anton Ferdinand and George McCartney has put a dint into the team of the London outfit. OK they have picked up millions for the sales but will those profits be in back pockets of the board of Bramall Lane in the near future?
