Brandy, 25 joined the Blades last summer on a two year deal but following a 'bad patch' which saw him sent off twice for wreckless challenges against at home to MK Dons and at Shrewsbury Town, Blades boss Nigel Clough opted to send him back to former club Walsall on loan until the end of the season.
He said: “I think the plan is to find out way before next season starts because I don’t want to be going somewhere and then, a month or two in, find I’m not in the plans.
