Rumours are flying around the World Wide Web that Micky Adams has resigned as manager of Sheffield United - we hope this isn't true!

During that time the club has slipped into the bottom three spaces of the league and face relegation if their league position doesn’t improve.
Currently they are four points away from safety with 29 games played, Crystal Palace (one place above them) have played 30.
Whilst the results haven’t been coming the performances on display have been more than satisfactory and have been good enough to claim points – they have done all but score.
Last Saturday the Blades were humiliated at Ipswich town, losing three-nil at Portman Road; and in the final minute were reduced to nine men when firstly Robert Kozluk was handed a straight red card whilst Lee Williamson received a second yellow card for his protest.
If rumours are correct and Mr. Adams has left the club then he will become the fourth manager to leave the Lane this season after; Kevin Blackwell, Gary Speed and John Carver (caretaker) have all departed the club.
