Blades Chase Bantams Ace

The 19 year old defender has made over 50 appearances for the Bantams and life in Division Two is probably what the young hopeful wasn't dreaming of when he made his first team debut at Nottingham Forest in November 2002.

Neil Warnock has hinted that Francis is one of several players that he reckons will boost the Blades squad.

He told sufc.co.uk: "We've looked at him, as we have many players. We have monitored his progress."
