Mali's midfeilder Dramane Coulibaly (L) competes with Guinean's Youla Souleymane (C) and Mansare Fodé during their quarterfinal of the African Nations Cup 2004 at the El-Menzah stadium in Tunis.
Coulibaly is in the search for a new club after being leaving Stade Lavallois Mayenne in the summer, which means he is on a free transfer.

Born on 18 March 1979 in Mali Coulibaly lists top French side Olympic Marseille as one of his former clubs, has also played in Belgium for FC Braxelles.

In 1999 the 5 foot 10 forward represented and won the 'World Youth Championships' when they beat Nigeria 3-1, it was only a short game for Coulibaly as he was substituted after 39 minutes.

Neil Warnock, along with other un-named trailists have already played for the Blades in specialized low key games, and if African impresses the former Bury boss then Coulibaly could be wearing red and white soon.
