Clarets boss Steve Coterill is looking to strengthen his defensive line as the Lancashire club plan to route an escape from the Championship with ex-Blades striker Andy Gray leading the way.
It is believed that the Turf Moor club plan to bring in Lucketti on loan with a view to a permanent move once the January transfer window re-opens. However rival Championship side Leeds United have also been linked with the centre-back.
