Diego, 18 was born in Chesterfield and has represented Italy at U18 and U19 levels respectively and its Italian scouts who have seen him play in these fixtures that has triggered the attention of clubs across Europe including Juventus and Arsenal as well as a host of other Serie A clubs.
He has yet to make an appearance this season for the Blades but it is hoped he may be included tomorrow night at home to Stevenage.
