Welcome to our brand new and splendid 2010 FIFA World Cup section. We hope2980566 you like the new look! It's only nine days till the hosts kick-off the tournament against Mexico. Blades Mad are rooting for England to do the business this year.

Throughout the competition we'll bring you match previews and match reports as soon as the tournament has commenced. Past experience has shown that the amount of articles to write about our beloved Blades are at a premium at this time of the year, and only speculation keeps us busy really.

Don't be thinking we aren't covering any Blades news whilst the World Cup's on. Blades Mad, as ever, will keep fans up to date with the dealings at Bramall Lane.

When the 11th June arrives, sit back and enjoy football at its very best - it only comes around every FOUR YEARS! Let's hope England's stay isn't a brief one!
