Rob Shoebridge (pictured) has yet to be made match official at any game this season concerning the Blades this season.
Prior to the 2010-11 campaign he has only ever taken charge of one match; that was last season when United beat Swansea City 2-0 at the Lane – here’s hoping he is our lucky mascot ahead of our trip to Turf Moor.
He is also scheduled to officiate Monday’s Championship encounter between Portsmouth and Hull City at Fratton Park.
