Many an arrogant football fan would proclaim that a team like Burnley shouldn't be in a play-off spot or won't maintain the position for the season. They'd be wrong. Burnley have been a side transformed under Owen Coyle and with impressive players like Robbie Blake and Chris Eagles in the side they have been able to consistently pick up points to stay in the play-off shake-up as well as playing good football along the way.

Burnley match the Blades in recent matches having picked up 10 points in their last six games with one of their defeats coming from Wolves. On the road Burnley are not as convincing with only 7 points being picked up on their recent travels. Clean sheets have been hard to come by with none in their last six away games.

The Blades are frustrating at the moment. Without the goals against Charlton they have only hit the back of the net 6 times in the other matches, 3 of which were scored from the penalty spot. The once proud home and defensive records have both been undone by appalling errors at the back. With Burnley frail at the back and not very convincing away from Turf Moor the outcome of the match is pointing at a home win, but in order to achieve this the Blades must start turning their dominance of possession into chances or they will be punished by a quick counter attack.

Prediction - HOME WIN
