Kevin Blackwell, am sure, will be eager to claim revenge over former Burnley manager Coyle. The Scotsman led the Clarets to promotion via the Play-Offs last season by overcoming the Blades in the Final at Wembley, of course.

Coyle, 43-years-old, has made sure his players are geared up and ready to do battle with a Sheffield United side which has only lost one in 12. Wanderers were leading 0:2 at Arsenal in midweek, but didn't survive a Gunners onslaught which begun just before half-time.

The Bolton boss said: "We have to make sure that we all prepared. I know Kevin (Blackwell) from our tussles with him previously and he is a good manager and they are doing well, so we need to make sure we are fully focused.

"We want to progress in this competition, which I believe is best cup competition in the world. It will be tough, we have good opponents and we have to match them."
