The Blades' games with Derby at both Pride Park and Bramall Lane have sparked up some really tasty encounters to say the least. United's physical side have two new faces available for selection for the lunchtime kick-off, James Harper and Jordan Stewart.

The latter, of course, was involved in a swap deal with Lee Hendrie between the Rams and the Blades.

Kevin Blackwell spoke about his availabilities and unavailable players. He said: "We have one or two niggles but hopefully the team will be selected from the same squad as we had against WBA, with the addition of the new signings and Glen Little who has trained and should be okay for consideration.

"The only long term absentee remains Gary Naysmith who is making solid progress from his cruciate ligament injury although the United boss is cautious about predicting an early comeback:

"If we see him play in November we will be delighted although Gary's surgeon is very pleased with how his rehabilitation is going.

"Phil Jagielka had a similar operation at the same time but I think Gary might be further along the road to recovery at the moment.

"The original prognosis was that it would take nine months but we could be looking at five or six if things continue to go well."

County's Lee Hendrie could feature against his former employers.
