Whilst the Blades drew 1-1 at Portman Road the Pilgrims beat Colchester United 3-1 at Home Park - Phil Ifill (11 minutes, og), Jermaine Easter (57), Steven MacLean (60) and Gary Sawyer (69) all netting for the home side with Kevin Lisbie (64) grabbing a scant consolation for the U's.

Argyle boss Paul Sturrock (ex-Sheffield Wednesday) is still without utility player Jim Paterson (hamstring) whilst central defender Krisztian Timar is suspended.

The home sided are likely to feature midfielder Lilan Nalis who was a representative of Sheffield United, he was signed in May 2005 on a free transfer from Leicester City and went onto play just five (+1) games for United before joining Argyle permanently in January 2006.

Possible Pilgrims Line-Up: Luke McCormick, Marcel Siep, Gary Sawyer, Paul Connolly, Russell Anderson, Peter Halmosi, Nadjim Abdou, Lilian Nalis, Gary Teale, Steven MacLean, Jermaine Easter.

Sheffield United on the other hand will be keen to earn at last a point in Devon after James Beattie set the Red and White Wizards on their way to a point in Suffolk, former Rotherham United striker Alan Lee levelled for the Blues.

Blades boss Kevin Blackwell returns to the club where as a player appeared 27 times times in goal between August 1995 and May 1998 before joining Bury.

The Blades will travel without midfielder Stephen Quinn who serves the second of a three game suspension following his sending off in the 2-0 home defeat by Charlton Athletic last Saturday.

And, the Bramall Lane outfit will also be without defending duo Chris Morgan and Chris Armstrong - the pair were both handed a yellow card in the defeat to Athletic a week ago, totalling up five bookings for the season and will therefore sustain a one match suspension.
