Swansea City faced South Yorkshire outfit Barnsley last Tuesday night at the Liberty Stadium; in an intense game against Barnsley the home side came from two goals down to draw 2-2 with the Tykes. Jonathan Macken and Jamel Campbell-Ryce (pen) fired the visitors ahead but Jason Scotland netted twice to salvage a point for Roberto Martinez side.

The Swans star midfielder Leon Britton returned to squad to face the Tykes in midweek; he served a one match ban against Bristol City last weekend after being sent off (two yellow cards) in the fiery 2-2 draw with Cardiff City two weeks ago - Darren Pratley will be suspended when City face the Reds but will be available for selection when the Blades make the visit.

Manager Martinez will be without star midfielder Ferrie Bodde whom has been attracted by several top clash Championship and Premier League clubs whilst Marcos Painter (both cruciate knee ligament) will also be unavailable due to injury. Meanwhile Mark (calf) and Fede Bessone (hamstring) will also be missing from the side to face the Blades.

Possible Swans Line-Up: Dorus de Vries, Angel Zaragoza Rangel, Gary Monk, Stephen O'Halloran, Ashley Williams, Leon Britton, Owain Tudor-Jones, Garcia Jordi Gomez, Thomas Butler, Gorka Pintado, Jason Scotland.

The Blades will make their debuts at the Liberty Stadium which opened in August 2005 in a game which is vital that they claim all three points in what has been hard times a late for a team which has lost its previous three home games.

It will be their second fixture away from home having claimed a 1-0 victory at Nottingham Forest - Brian Howard netting a 30 minute winner.

Midfielder Gary Speed (back) was rated 50/50 for the clash against Burnley and Nottingham Forest; he may be more closer to take back his place which is currently been warmed up by Matthew Spring.

Possible Blades Line-Up: Paddy Kenny, Kyle Naughton, Chris Morgan, Matthew Kilgallon, Gary Naysmith, Greg Halford, Nick Montgomery, Brian Howard, Stephen Quinn, Darius Henderson, James Beattie.
