The Academy boys booked their place in the final a month ago and their opponents were confirmed two weeks later when Manchester United beat Chelsea 6:3 on aggregate.

The first leg at Bramall Lane has seen a great demand for tickets. The club's offer of a free ticket for the game for every season ticket holder has persuaded most Blades fans to take advantage of it.

With just over 4,000 fans packed into the South Stand for the semi-final second-leg against Aston Villa, the total has been amazingly quadrupled, and there's still a week left until the game!

The Blades will host the Red Devils at Bramall Lane on Tuesday 17th May, with the return leg on Monday 23rd May at Old Trafford.

Season ticket holders can also bring a friend for free, otherwise tickets are priced at £3 for adults and £1 for concessions.

Several members of the squad have been blooded through to the senior side towards the latter stages of this season, most notably Harry Maguire and Jordan Slew, a centre-back and striker respectively.

Last Saturday's 4:0 defeat at Swansea saw goalkeeper George Long make his senior debut, and also the likes of Matty Harriott and Terry Kennedy, who each made substitute appearances.
