The SkyBet League Two club completed the signing of Hamilton, 21 from Sheffield United this afternoon, becoming Stags boss Adam Murray's fourth signing of the summer.
The youngster graduated though the SUFC Academy and has enjoyed loan a spells with Gateshead and FC Halifax Town last season but unfortunately didn't make a first team appearance.
Hamilton told the press; “I’m just glad to be on board. I’m liking the way the lads spoke to me about how next year’s going to go and I think it’s a place where I can see myself fitting in.”
