Reserve team boss Mark Smith is likely to field a side consisting of a mixture of youth and little experience.

Former Arsenal, Everton and Ipswich Town keeper Richard Wright is likely to start as is on-loan Argentinean defender Elian Parrino.

Andy Taylor - a used substitute in last weekend's victory (1-0) at Millwall could start against the Tykes.

An opportunity for highly rated young striker Jordan Slew will probably be given - partnering former
Barnsley forward Daniel Bogdanovic in attack.

Jordan Chappell and Harry Maguire could also feature.

For Barnsley; Andy Gray could be thrown in to face his former side, but is likely to be included in the Reds first team on 11 December when the Blades travel to Oakell in the npower Championship.
